by His Excellency The Governor to consider certain proposals with hogard to the Ordinance relating to the prevention of Piracy. The original of this Report has been duly forwarded to the Assistant Har- bor Master with a request that it may be transmitted to the Hongkong Government at the earliest possible 'duto.
